📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families • Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care • Potentially lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) • Help shape the care model and improve workflows supporting high-quality, sustainable care

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional: LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW • Master’s degree in a relevant field • Currently licensed in California • Open to obtaining licenses in other states • Experience working in integrated care settings • Experience using evidence-based approaches, especially for pediatric ADHD and anxiety • Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly • Passion for providing excellent care to children and families • Reliable, secure internet connection and a private, distraction-free environment for virtual appointments • Availability during peak hours for a portion of scheduled hours: 3:00pm–8:00pm PT on weekdays and 8:00am–2:00pm PT on Saturdays
