📋 Description

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Participate in 1–2 user research interviews about the Arizona landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care • Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate • Support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona • Assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist • Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers • Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred • Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements • Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models • Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred • Arizona state residency required • Reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free setting for fully remote care
