🎯 Requirements
• 10–15 years of experience • Deep expertise in building and scaling complex software systems • Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python and modern software engineering practices • Proven experience architecting distributed, cloud-native applications and platforms • Strong system design skills with the ability to balance scalability, reliability, maintainability, and speed • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of solving complex technical challenges • Experience leading technical decisions, architecture reviews, and engineering excellence across teams • Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and an interest in applying them to real-world business problems • Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive outcomes through technical leadership
