📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams and business units to understand users, product performance, and the marketplace • Work closely with PED to set goals, understand product engagement, and learn from experiments in the two-sided marketplace • Develop measurement frameworks and establish new metrics or reporting systems • Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and the analytical roadmap • Design and analyze experiments • Analyze user behavior and marketplace dynamics • Investigate business trends and diagnose drivers of business performance • Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and the broader data community to grow data culture • Report directly to the Head of Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or similar functions • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets • Experience building visualizations with Tableau, Looker or similar BI platforms • Proficient in communicating insights to business partners • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize an analytics roadmap in a dynamic environment with competing priorities • Experience applying statistics and experiment design in a business context • Experience in at least one data-oriented language like Python, R or Julia • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering) • Preferred: Experience with another two-sided marketplace • Preferred: Experience applying causal inference, predictive modeling or other advanced statistical methods in a business context
