• Serve as Pellera's single senior face to Cisco across its partner organization, area sales leadership, and business units • Shape and negotiate the joint business plan and memorandum of understanding • Own the quarterly business review cadence • Manage Pellera's standing and tier against Cisco's partner scorecard and close gaps • Carry the Cisco business growth mandate across all regions and practices • Build and drive target-account strategy to expand Cisco presence in existing Pellera accounts • Partner with regional sales leadership to embed Cisco sales motions across the field • Build pipeline and forecast discipline for predictable Cisco growth • Own capture, compliance, and reinvestment of Cisco program funding • Align certifications, specializations, and partner-program milestones with growth priorities • Drive Cisco sales and technical enablement across every region, including onboarding and ramping Cisco-focused sellers • Assess field skills and coverage and build business cases for additional capability investment • Develop Cisco-specific offerings, services attach, and value propositions across networking, security, collaboration, data center, and observability • Create and run Cisco-funded campaigns with marketing and practices • Represent Pellera at Cisco and industry events and build reference stories • Establish a regional, practice, and architecture baseline and secure approval for a three-year growth plan • Execute the joint business plan, improve program funding capture, and close partner-scorecard gaps • Launch Cisco enablement across every region and ramp newly hired Cisco sellers • Put a named target-account plan into motion and increase the number of accounts transacting Cisco • Deliver distributed growth above the partnership's recent trajectory
• Deep, current Cisco knowledge, including partner program structure and tiers, incentive and rebate programs, partner scorecard, deal registration, architectures, and Cisco partner investment decisions • Track record of growing a vendor practice or partner business at scale with demonstrable revenue and margin results • Ability to lead and influence a distributed field sales organization without direct reporting authority • Business acumen to build a credible growth plan, fundable investment case, and manage margin in a competitive, low-margin business • Executive presence with vendor executives, internal regional leadership, and board-level audiences • 10+ years leading a technology partner, channel, or strategic alliance organization, or in Cisco field or channel sales leadership • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Preferred: experience at Cisco or a Cisco national, Gold, or top-tier partner • Preferred: existing executive relationships within Cisco's channel organization and area leadership • Preferred: experience across multiple Cisco architectures • Preferred: experience working with distribution partners • Preferred: background building sales enablement programs and partner-funded demand generation • Preferred: experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth integrator environment
