📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations across ERP, SCM, and HCM • Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies across workstreams • Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to business objectives • Track milestones, risks, and issues and provide proactive mitigation strategies • Facilitate weekly status meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders • Support implementation approaches and workshop materials for business and technical audiences • Gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs • Document and align business processes with system capabilities • Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, script development, and execution cycles • Define post-go-live support models and coordinate transition to support teams • Prepare and deliver Steering Committee presentations and executive updates • Manage program-level communications across stakeholder groups • Provide ad-hoc presentations and updates to business leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of program/project management experience • 3+ years leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations • Experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Manufacturing / Supply Chain operations • Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders • Experience across requirements, design, build, test, and deployment • Ability to analyze business challenges and recommend future-state solutions • Strong facilitation skills • Experience developing training materials and user documentation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Alignment with Peloton values • Willingness to travel as required • PMP certification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred • Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management modules preferred
