• Provide support to one or more regional sales teams in market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service and follow-up. • Develop and implement a regional plan aimed at increasing market share and improving quality of service to customers. • Develop relationships with hospital personnel and potential customers. • Educate customers on the clinical use of Company products by giving presentations and demonstrations. • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology or related discipline • Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or related field • 3+ years’ experience in a hospital setting or medical device company • Sales or marketing background desired • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills • Ability to function in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment • Strong oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
