• Provide remote clinical cardiac device services for assigned Murj customers according to transmission protocols and clinical workflows • Review, interpret, and analyze transmissions from ILRs, pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices • Assess clinical significance and determine appropriate actions, including clinician escalation, routine reporting, or no action • Evaluate arrhythmias and device diagnostics, including atrial fibrillation burden, ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation, pauses, heart block, lead integrity, and device performance alerts • Triage alerts and manage workflow priorities • Prepare accurate impression reports and recommend plans for clinic review • Perform clinic outreach when clinically indicated • Support care interval management and lost-to-follow-up workflows • Document findings accurately and collaborate with Murj customers • Support quality assurance, new-hire mentorship, education, and mPower program support • Process inbound transmissions and manage transmission schedules • Cross-reference device websites with Murj to ensure transmission conversion • Maintain patient data and interval trackers with clinics • Attend required logistics or account-specific meetings
• Minimum of 2 years of postsecondary education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of cardiac device, rhythm monitoring, or closely related clinical experience • Active RN or LVN license, or CRAT certification, or equivalent RT(R), CVT, RCIS, RCES, or IBHRE certification (CCDS or CDRMS), required at time of hire • Hires without active IBHRE certification must obtain and maintain IBHRE certification within 12–18 months of hire • Experience analyzing and interpreting cardiac device diagnostics across Abbott, Biotronik, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic platforms • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care • Self-motivated and effective in a remote, work-from-home setting • Professional, customer-focused approach with a growth mindset • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Creative problem-solving ability
