• 3+ years of experience in OCM Consulting Engagements, around ERP/CRM transformation • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams • Fluent in the Microsoft Office product suite • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
