📋 Description

• Design and develop instructor-led and web-based training materials, including training plans, storyboards, graphics, assessments, and practical exercises • Partner with subject matter experts to translate client business requirements into learning objectives and solutions • Participate in all phases of course development, from analysis and design through development and delivery • Develop eLearning modules, instructor guides, job aids, and multimedia content • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Use graphic design tools and multimedia techniques to produce interactive course materials • Ensure deliverables meet Section 508 compliance standards • Ensure web-based training deliverables are SCORM compliant • Stay current with design tools, technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; minimum of 6 years with MS/MA • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in instructional design • Portfolio demonstrating strong technical and creative skills • Experience in instructor-led training development • Experience in eLearning development • Expertise using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360 for course development • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance • Experience with SCORM and Section 508 compliance preferred • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred • Experience shooting professional videos and editing with Adobe Premiere preferred • Familiarity with multimedia platforms and techniques preferred • Experience working closely with behavioral researcher and social science teams preferred • Experience with AI tools used for training development preferred • Knowledge of DoD Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard or Moodle preferred • Active Secret security clearance preferred
