📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple engineering sub-teams, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Serve as Scrum Master for 3–4 concurrent engineering teams within the Engineering & Development Directorate • Identify, remove, and escalate impediments to ensure consistent delivery and team performance • Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices • Maintain sprint backlogs, velocity tracking, and burndown charts using Agile tooling • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across the engineering portfolio • Drive continuous improvement through retrospective facilitation and follow-through on action items • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog health, well-refined stories, and sprint goal readiness • Provide Agile metrics and team health reporting to the Engineering & Development Director • Support onboarding of new team members to Agile practices, team norms, and delivery workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience • In lieu of degree: 6 years of directly relevant experience • 2+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master or Agile facilitator supporting software engineering teams • Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required at time of hire • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for technical/engineering teams • Proficiency with Agile project management tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Ability to support multiple teams concurrently • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a defense or government contracting environment • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance • Preferred: SAFe Agilist (SA), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or PMI-ACP certification • Preferred: Experience supporting DoD or IC programs in an Agile capacity • Preferred: Familiarity with SAFe or other enterprise-scale Agile frameworks • Preferred: Experience supporting AI/ML or Cyber engineering teams • Preferred: Exposure to IRAD programs • Preferred: Experience facilitating multi-team Scrum of Scrums environments • Preferred: Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows in classified environments • Preferred: Active Secret clearance
