📋 Description

• Support day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities of the BASIS program • Assist in managing cost, schedule, and technical performance across application sustainment, modernization, and security activities • Support Agile sprint coordination • Assist in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Prepare status reports and briefings • Track risks and issues • Coordinate between technical teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience • Must be a US Citizen • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • Experience in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, preferably within IT or software development programs • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting sprint-based delivery teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Service Now, SharePoint, and JIRA • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, track deliverable deadlines, and escalate issues in a timely manner • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional DoD program environment • PMP certification or active pursuit; CAPM accepted • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent Agile certification • Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal government IT programs with formal deliverable obligations • Experience with DevSecOps program environments and sprint-level project tracking • Familiarity with ServiceNow for workflow and incident management • Active Security+ certification
