• Support Technical Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities • Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning project goals and expectations • Track and document project phases, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate equipment deliveries, vendor installations, and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI) • Validate installation completion, new system cutover, and successful CAI with vendors • Oversee vendors and contractors to align delivery and installation schedules • Coordinate handoff and disposition activities for legacy equipment • Maintain meeting minutes, change logs, RFI processes, and technical status reports • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation or contingency plans
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; 12 years in lieu of a degree • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Expertise in project control, including scheduling, Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and budget monitoring • Strong administrative and documentation skills, including meeting notes, change logs, RFIs, and status reporting • Analytical problem-solving ability with proactive risk identification and mitigation • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
