📋 Description

• Determine and build custom clinical workflows • Implement workflow designs to streamline clinical communications • Engage and build rapport with Practice Managers and Providers • Build users, schedules, and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform • Provide technical support, occasionally onsite, and make user application adjustments during customer go-lives • Monitor and make user and schedule application changes for synced applications • Execute testing protocols • Contribute to configuration standards and best practices • Execute configuration quality assurance • Serve as lead consultant for outpatient projects • Understand physician-office communication requirements and apply PerfectServe technology • Configure workflow solutions • Conduct practitioner, practice manager, and support staff training • Execute regular design and configuration quality audits • Provide remote go-live support • Manage account stages in SFDC and SmartSheet • Meet performance indicators including quality, on-time solution delivery, system compliance, documentation compliance, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ work experience in a customer facing, consulting, account manager, project manager, business analyst and/or other service role • Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner • Adaptable • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem solving and reasoning skills with both configuration and communication • Strong organizational skills • Strong time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Honest and impartial • Ability to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation • Depending on the assignment, ability to visit other locations and stand, walk, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10–50 pounds • Beneficial: Experience driving process change in complicated environments • Beneficial: Experience working with physicians or in clinical settings
