📋 Description

• Lead Product Design and multi-disciplinary consulting projects for Perr&Knight clients • Access and review insurance-related laws and regulations • Perform competitive research • Organize and present competitive information in a meaningful format • Draft basic product documents for new programs and create state-required forms to address compliance issues • Prepare support and compliance reviews, including forms checklists and transmittals for form filings • Draft explanatory language and form interrogatory responses • Work directly with state filings analysts • Correspond directly with clients on project goals and results • Recommend solutions and/or alternatives to clients • Keep informed on industry trends and marketplace changes • Perform peer reviews • Assist in preparing project proposals • Prepare polished, professional reports presenting results and information • Invoice clients

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years experience with Property & Casualty Forms, Underwriting and/or Regulatory Compliance work • BA/BS Degree • Familiarity with insurance form drafting • Understanding of complex aspects of underwriting, rating, regulatory compliance and the insurance product • Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills • High level of verbal and written communication
