📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Business Director • Supervise and lead 9–12 representatives across the vaccines portfolio • Manage area sales performance and develop knowledge of the local business landscape • Provide regular in-field and virtual coaching, observation, and customer engagement • Develop and implement strategic area business plans aligned with national and regional priorities • Own area-level budget accountability and monitor resource deployment • Analyze data to identify market trends, stakeholders, and future shifts • Collaborate with Marketing during the Op Plan process • Build relationships with KOLs, IDNs, large group practices, retail stores, grantees, FQHCs, DoD, and VA customers • Identify key account development opportunities and connect customers with channel and HQ partners • Coach representatives on digital tools, cross-functional engagement, and CAPS selling • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Pfizer policy requirements • Use digital tools, sales data, and reporting software to manage resources and adjust strategy • Travel across representative territories, including expected overnight travel • Attend area and national meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • At least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role across peer and customer groups • Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and create business impact • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred • 5+ years of people management experience preferred • Vaccines experience and expertise strongly preferred • Ability to develop and reinforce team expertise across a broader portfolio • Advanced virtual communication skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to interpret sales data and reporting applications • Strategic thinking and precise execution • Collaborative, motivational leadership and stakeholder management • Enterprise thinking and ability to anticipate downstream consequences • Excellent facilitation skills • Field travel and expected overnight travel required • Ability to travel across all representative territories • Attendance at area and national meetings required • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable
