• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions across rare cardiac accounts. • Build strong, compliant relationships with cardiology HCPs, multidisciplinary care teams, and office staff across assigned accounts. • Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Rare Cardiac product use. • Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support patient finding and referral pathways. • Support patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources as applicable. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, remove access barriers, and advance Rare Cardiac business objectives. • Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize Rare Cardiac territory activities.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience • Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing • Aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Cardiology, Hospital • Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement • Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts • Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking • Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom)
