📋 Description

• Ensure appropriate site management and monitoring resources are in place • Manage line responsibilities and oversee job functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Execute investigator site/recruitment strategies • Lead strategic initiatives to shape the clinical development environment

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BSc/MS/MSc or equivalent and extensive clinical research experience • PhD/MD or equivalent and extensive clinical research experience • Minimum 8 years of extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies • Demonstrated People management experience • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams • Availability to travel within the region and/or globally as required • Must be fluent in English • Local language capabilities are an advantage
