📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution priorities for Pfizer’s Internal Medicine Field Medical Director group related to berobenatide, Chronic Weight Management, and Life-Cycle Management indications • Evolve and implement priority HCP lists and launch lists for appropriate HCP engagement • Partner with Brand Medical Affairs and MEI to analyze and curate priority HCP lists • Plan and implement Chronic Weight Management Care Gap initiatives at launch • Plan and ensure effective Field Medical Director engagements with clinical trialists • Identify and prioritize new medical customer segments, including tele-health, Medspas, and wellness influencers • Coordinate berobenatide Study Lead activities across Chronic Weight Management and Life-Cycle Management programs • Identify novel approaches for HCP engagement prioritization • Lead group-wide, cross-functional, and other therapeutic-area initiatives as assigned • Adopt digital and on-demand technologies that improve HCP identification, prioritization, and medical customer experience • Monitor FDA and other U.S. regulations, guidance, scientific literature, medical developments, Pfizer SOPs, and Field Medical guidance • Ensure effective and compliant collaboration between headquarters, field medical, medical, and commercial functions • Serve on the Internal Medicine Field Medical Director Leadership Team • Facilitate execution of key group processes and initiatives • Analyze field medical data and contribute to reports for field medical team leads, cross-functional stakeholders, and the U.S. Medical Affairs Leadership Team • Represent the group on Pfizer governance teams and cross-functional committees as requested

🎯 Requirements

• MD required • 5+ years of relevant experience required • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to manage without direct authority • Strong strategic thinking skills, including identifying alternative scenarios, implications, and pragmatic recommendations • Ability to analyze, define, and convey complex concepts • Strong written and verbal communication influencing skills • Strong presentation skills • Well organized, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple demands • Demonstrated track record of high performance and excellence, executive maturity, and business acumen • Ability to influence peers • Reside in US Eastern or Central Time Zone • Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight travel • Must meet and comply with Corporate Travel requirements, policies, and procedures • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
