📋 Description

• Partner with Clinical Study Team Leads, Participant Recruitment, GSSO roles and Clinical Leads to support predictable delivery of Pfizer’s portfolio • Provide rapid, accurate and robust assessments of program and protocol feasibility, recruitment enrollment assumptions and site strategy plans • Develop country, site and enrollment study plans using data-driven estimates, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, indication knowledge and internal/external data • Drive country and site selection for Pre Trial Assessment and lead delivery of sites endorsed for PTA • Serve as the OARS single point of contact for evidence-driven study assumptions, country and site strategy, enrollment scenarios and protocol optimization • Support enrollment strategy through participant recruitment and assess changes to the strategy • Implement and document country and site intelligence throughout the study lifecycle • Provide early feasibility assessments, initial enrollment timelines, potential country footprints and key enrollment assumptions • Identify protocol optimization opportunities using real-world data, investigator and patient insights, protocol simulations and cross-functional input • Evolve country footprint, enrollment assumptions and site classification strategy through final protocol and start-up stages • Support investigator database development, ideal-site definition, site identification and global site intelligence • Lead feasibility outreach, engagement, response reviews and strategic input into decision-making • Analyze outreach and evidence to recommend country and site strategies • Provide site analytics covering patient volume, clinical trial diversity, competition, site overlap and performance drivers • Develop strategic scenarios to optimize site footprint and enrollment timelines • Partner with CD&O, RU and BU teams to improve study start-up and recruitment cycle-time metrics • Deliver agreed KPIs for assigned protocols • Promote process improvements, innovative strategies and clinical trial technologies • Maintain relationships across platform lines, Business Units/Research Units and enabling lines • Maintain a portfolio-aligned living library of knowledge and recurring assessments of comparator studies and trial metrics • Analyze program- and indication-level real-world data, standard of care, recruitment rates and disease prevalence • Develop intelligence on preferred sites and evaluate overlapping or naive sites for site selection • Analyze decentralized clinical trial applications and recommend appropriate DCT strategies • Prepare knowledge libraries for Pfizer’s early-stage portfolio and define internal/external data needs for emerging indications

🎯 Requirements

• BS / RN / MS and 7 years relevant experience • PhD / MD and 3 years relevant experience • Knowledge of drug development and global country and site feasibility • Knowledge of clinical study start-up and business operations • Experience in clinical research, including clinical trial conduct • Knowledge of GCP and study/project management, monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations • History of success in a customer service role and meeting customer expectations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Effective presentation and facilitation skills • Strategic planning, analytical, operational execution and problem-solving skills • Strong business consultancy skills, including persuasion, negotiation and conflict moderation • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines across several projects • Ability to synthesize key messages across multiple data sets • Permanent work authorization in the United States • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
