📋 Description

• Own 3–5 enterprise healthcare accounts end to end • Serve as the data expert for each customer account • Design pilots that demonstrate customer value • Integrate customer data, including tokens, claims, EHR, and marketing data, into Vi’s platform • Build automated pipelines that train, score, and deliver insights on a schedule • Maintain technical ownership through operations and drive accounts toward autopilot • Work directly with analytics, marketing, and clinical operations stakeholders to identify KPIs and apply Vi’s capabilities • Own ingestion, data mapping, data quality, and judgments about data supportability • Design studies incorporating power, controls, confounders, and defensible business metrics • Build and maintain per-customer production pipelines without manual intervention • Serve as technical authority during onboarding and ongoing operations • Handle ad hoc data and reporting questions for live accounts • Identify cross-customer patterns and synthesize platform requirements • Travel onsite with clients occasionally • Turn field learnings into product roadmap requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experimental design experience: designed and run commercially consequential studies and able to defend study design to skeptical stakeholders • Real data science depth: able to explain model operation, evaluate models honestly, and understand limitations • Fluent in Python and working stack including pandas, scikit-learn, and Airflow • Production code and ML engineering experience • Experience building distributed data and ML pipelines with PySpark/Spark on large, messy datasets • Able to independently run working sessions with clinical, IT, and analytics leaders at major health systems or health plans • Able to translate business problems into data-supported solutions and communicate when data cannot support desired conclusions • Ownership mindset for customer accounts • Willingness to occasionally travel onsite with clients • Healthcare or life sciences domain knowledge is nice to have, including claims, EHR, HL7/FHIR, lab data, or population health analytics • Experience designing and optimizing targeting of marketing and engagement campaigns is nice to have • AWS data infrastructure experience is nice to have: S3, Glue, EMR, MWAA, SageMaker • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and data governance frameworks is nice to have • Experience taking a product from first customer deployment to a repeatable deployment is nice to have
