📋 Description

• Partner with US Talzenna brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy • Serve as the integrated insights and strategy lead on the Talzenna brand team • Frame and lead strategic deep-dives on critical business questions • Lead development and implementation of complex models to produce unbiased and objective forecasts • Identify key information needs and work cross-functionally to identify sources of insight • Responsible for synthesis and presentation of forecasts to key stakeholders • Collaborate with analytics and market research to understand performance versus forecast • Lead alignment of key stakeholders on insights for forecast assumptions • Support the Franchise head in obtaining executive approval of forecast assumptions • Provide revenue forecasts on an annual basis • Collaborate with Manufacturing to translate demand forecasts • Ensure timely tracking of forecast accuracy • Develop requests for proposals and manage outside partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, science or business-related focus is preferred • 6+ years of experience or MS/MBA with 5+ years of experience • Minimum of 3+ years of biopharmaceuticals (market research, analytics or forecasting) and/or management consulting experience with demonstrated expertise in sophisticated forecasting methodologies • Understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialization process • Superior analytical ability, ability to think strategically, and excellent project management skills • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills • Experience developing and using Excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
