📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live/virtual customer engagement strategies • Build customer relationships in live and virtual environments using digital tools • Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Leverage approved product, disease-state information, and patient resources compliantly • Demonstrate market knowledge across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other relevant channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete customer call entries, expenses, and other administrative expectations compliantly and on time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, full-time military experience, or equivalent listed experience categories • Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience • Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred • Strong sales or marketing success and territory management skills preferred • Outstanding communication skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred • Vaccines therapeutic-area and product experience preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Residing within territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States • U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future
