📋 Description

• Lead business development strategy across user growth, monetization, and platform expansion. • Partner with Product to launch and scale major business lines. • Own revenue targets, measuring impact and deepening integration across the product stack. • Map the competitive landscape and build market intelligence. • Build and maintain a pipeline of inorganic options that close capability gaps. • Own deal processes end-to-end – sourcing, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration. • Deliver execution-ready recommendations that are actionable on receipt.

🎯 Requirements

• A leader with 10+ years of experience spanning business development, partnerships, corporate development, M&A, or strategy. • Deep knowledge of the crypto and/or fintech ecosystem, with a strong network in Solana and beyond. • Demonstrated track record of influencing executive decision-making or product direction. • Meaningful deal experience across partnerships and/or M&A. • A cross-functional operator — comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing, and Finance. • A strategic negotiator — skilled at structuring deals with decentralized protocols, regulated financial players, and acquisition targets alike. • Exceptional judgment and prioritization; ability to move at speed with 80/20 thinking. • Strong written and verbal communication.
