📋 Description

• Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems • Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes • Partner closely with product managers and operators to turn cumbersome manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations • Work with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems that combine deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs • Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineer with 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems • Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production • Comfortable leading projects independently, from design through deployment and iteration • Experienced scaling production systems including debugging real-world issues across performance, reliability, and data correctness • Curious about applied AI and eager to deepen expertise • Care deeply about clean code, reliability, and production readiness
