📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications with contracted specialty pharmacy partners and internal patient access roles • Manage follow-up with specialty pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, remove access barriers, and meet patient needs • Build partnerships with specialty pharmacies to improve patient access, elevate patient experience, and streamline the patient journey • Prepare and publish weekly data tracking tools for internal stakeholder visibility into specialty pharmacy cases • Support specialty pharmacy data quality initiatives • Conduct scheduled calls with specialty pharmacy partners regarding escalated or stalled patient cases • Track issues through resolution • Support copay card program escalations and claims resolution • Evaluate and innovate processes related to specialty pharmacy relationships • Maintain understanding of HUB business rules, patient journey, and HUB communication documents for patients and HCPs • Identify and share trends or knowledge that could negatively impact BESREMi access with Patient Access leadership • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HUB, specialty pharmacies, and market access colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Direct experience working for, or with specialty pharmacies • High level of proficiency using data and analytics tools and platforms • Minimum 3 years of specialty pharmacy, case management, patient access, or HUB vendor relationship management experience • Strong background in insurance, reimbursement, and payer landscape as it relates to specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and pharmacy benefit design • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business, customer, and patient needs/requirements • Willingness to travel up to ~10% domestically • Preferred: experience presenting information to senior leadership and organizational stakeholders • Preferred: prior experience with oncology/rare disease/specialty therapies • Preferred: pharma/biotech patient services experience • Preferred: vendor management experience
