📋 Description

• Develop business growth plans and initiatives through designated Epredia channel partners • Align plans across Epredia business functions and execute initiatives with Channel Partner commercial teams • Establish monitoring systems to track success • Serve as the communication hub between Epredia internal departments and channel partners • Develop business cases for new business development • Obtain alignment between Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership and execute growth plans • Support new product additions and product change notifications to channel partners • Support annual and off-cycle pricing changes with the Finance team • Lead weekly meetings between Epredia Manufacturing/Operations sites and Channel Partner sourcing teams • Support channel and end-user complaints and regulatory requests into Epredia sites • Work with Accounts Payable Finance on outstanding invoices and late payment notifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred • 5+ years of commercial Channel Management (Marketing or Sales) experience in the pathology segment • 2+ years Product Marketing or Project Management • Proven experience in marketing or sales within the healthcare, diagnostics or medical capital products industry • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Incorta, PowerBI and Salesforce • Competency in PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup) functionality • Willingness to travel 10-20% of time
