📋 Description

• Develop and execute the global KOL engagement strategy • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, professional societies, strategic clinical partners, and reference sites • Coordinate external clinical insights and evidence generation across Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Science, and Business Leadership • Lead scientific engagement with KOLs, clinical experts, researchers, healthcare institutions, and professional societies • Identify emerging scientific leaders and establish engagement plans • Connect external experts with internal stakeholders • Generate scientific insights through advisory boards, expert interactions, and Voice of Customer activities • Translate external scientific and clinical perspectives into recommendations for innovation, product development, evidence strategies, and business decisions • Execute scientific engagement initiatives at congresses, symposia, reference sites, and educational events • Manage strategic scientific collaborations with academic institutions, research organizations, healthcare networks, and clinical partners • Support evidence generation, research opportunities, evidence-gap identification, publication strategies, scientific communications, and clinical-data dissemination • Maintain engagement databases, monitor KPIs, and evaluate scientific engagement programs • Ensure governance, compliance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent clinical experience • Proven track record in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Clinical Research, scientific engagement, healthcare innovation, or related functions • Experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and external stakeholders • Expertise in scientific engagement, KOL management, clinical evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration • Experience in diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, scientific collaborations, advisory boards, investigator-initiated studies, clinical research, scientific publications, congress activities, or medical device development highly preferred • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic relationship-building skills • Master's degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related scientific discipline • Advanced degree such as a PhD or MBA is an advantage • Clinical experience as a physician, particularly in Radiology or Interventional Radiology, highly desirable • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies • Business acumen and strategic-thinking ability • Ability to translate clinical and scientific insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical standards • Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future work-visa sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance to posted locations
