📋 Description

• Lead customer-facing Radiology Informatics programs, including PACS, RIS, and enterprise imaging solutions • Manage complex software implementation projects through the full lifecycle from customer order signature to revenue recognition, go-live, and handover to Support Services • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders using clear documentation and risk management • Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects across scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risk • Drive project decision-making, issue escalation, corrective actions, and progress reporting • Build relationships with customers and external partners up to senior leadership level • Represent projects in steering committees and governance forums • Lead and empower diverse project teams • Ensure adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and deliver a flawless customer experience • Manage subcontractors and partners, including complex or customized contract environments • Optimize cost performance through utilization and project costing KPIs • Control project budgets and progress; evaluate change requests and take corrective action • Support revenue and cost forecasting and report changes promptly • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation across projects • Develop proposals for continuous process and procedure improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in software professional services and project management • Degree/qualification in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent • Related healthcare domain experience • PMP (PMI) certified or equivalent (mandatory) • Professional knowledge of project management methodologies and estimation techniques • Proven experience delivering healthcare IT/software projects, ideally including Radiology Informatics and PACS • Functional knowledge of applied products and systems and third-party system interaction • Financial acumen in pre-sales and delivery execution • Experience managing teams, subcontractors, and complex contract negotiations • Experience with software delivery improvement projects meeting time, budget, and quality targets • Experience analyzing process performance and driving change • Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards • Understanding of people and skills management in project, solutions, and services business • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial • Clear driving license and willingness to travel • Approximately 60% travel to customer sites across UK/I and occasionally the Nordics • Standard DBS criminal record check required
