• Interface daily with internal departments, external customers, and key vendors • Manage team inbox and work queues • Handle daily administrative tasks and customer inquiries • Assist with expense reports • Maintain accurate records within D365 CRM • Engage with partners to document customer product configurations • Manage complex pre-sales quote workflows • Facilitate seamless handoffs and clear updates across teams • Design and maintain tracking tools, checklists, and status reports • Take ownership of routine workflows and problem-solving across departments
