📋 Description

• Conduct mobile app retention audits and CRM programs for diverse clients • Use mobile analytics tools to analyze user behavior and identify issues • Create and optimize lifecycle campaigns and CRM experiments • Implement and optimize Braze marketing campaigns using advanced segmentation and targeting • Personalize campaign content using Liquid logic in Braze • Manage custom attributes in Braze • Collaborate with data analytics teams to integrate and leverage user data • Develop and test HTML modifications in Braze templates across devices and email clients • Analyze campaign performance and improve growth and retention metrics • Provide technical support and training on Braze and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with A/B testing in any digital marketing channel • Proficiency in using Braze for planning and launching campaigns • Ability to drive data insights and build charts with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope • Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics • Focus on performance and results, striving for measurable impact • Understanding of user psychology and motivation in mobile app usage • Nice to have: Experience working at mobile-centric startups • Nice to have: Experience with user acquisition (ASO or Performance Marketing) • Nice to have: Experience with copywriting for marketing or sales communications
