📋 Description

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects • Facilitate iterative planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration • Serve as a change agent for Agile adoption using Scrum or Kanban and Jira or Azure DevOps • Work with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs • Define resource requirements and develop project plans • Track project deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools • Provide direction and support to project teams • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions • Support teams to ensure proper project results • Assemble and coordinate project staff • Monitor and coordinate resource allocation • Collaborate with project management peers and resource managers to address project portfolio needs • Oversee project portfolio content and ensure projects and processes follow standards • Serve as a stakeholder point of contact • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Lead projects from initiation to closure • Monitor and report project progress regularly to stakeholders • Project Manager II: provide oversight, mentoring, and training to project managers, coordinators, project teams, and management

🎯 Requirements

• Project Manager I: High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 3 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree • Project Manager II: High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management • Experience in Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet preferred • Project Manager II: successful completion of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred • Correct English usage, including spelling, grammar, vocabulary and punctuation • Ability to read, interpret and input data efficiently and accurately • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently • Ability to meet definite deadlines and deal with pressure situations • Ability to utilize computers and related software effectively • Ability to determine when to escalate concerns to the appropriate level of management • Ability and flexibility to work longer hours when workload fluctuations occur
