• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent experience preferred. • Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar). • Strong communication skills and ability to handle patient interactions professionally. • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Previous experience in remote healthcare support is a plus.
