âą A product management record on complex enterprise software, with real users, real stakes, and outcomes rather than ceremonies âą Housing finance domain fluency, especially servicing, loss mitigation, or claims âą Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from and testers can automate against âą Federal delivery experience, treating accessibility, security, and documentation as product constraints âą Ability to facilitate rooms spanning senior officials, field users, and engineers âą Evidence-driven prioritization, with stated assumptions when data is thin âą Demonstrated AI-in-the-loop practice âą Judgment under ambiguity and ownership of outcomes âą U.S.-based âą Able to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance âą Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal Public Trust clearance; a Secret clearance is not required âą Direct experience with VA Loan Guaranty, VALERI, or other VA benefit programs is helpful but not required âą FHA, USDA rural housing, GSE, or lender and servicer operations experience is helpful but not required âą Product work on Salesforce or a comparable configuration-first platform is helpful but not required âą Familiarity with MISMO, URLA, Jira and Confluence, or scaled agile is helpful but not required âą No degree or year-count screening requirement; strong evidence is valued
