📋 Description

• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning • Deliver insights that inform executive decision-making • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting AccessOne’s business model, portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning • Partner with Deal Desk to evaluate complex pricing requests and custom deal structures • Assess financial impact and help evolve pricing frameworks for new offerings • Monitor financial performance and develop dashboards and recurring analytics • Identify trends and risks and provide actionable recommendations • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, and commercial leaders • Strengthen financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Serve as a subject matter expert across financial planning, analysis, pricing, and portfolio performance • Report directly to the Director of FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited four-year university • 3+ years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role • Experience working in healthcare, healthcare technology, financial services, revenue cycle management, or another analytically rigorous environment • Experience using FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, or similar tools • Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification • Experience working in a post-acquisition or integration environment • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; ability to independently build, audit, and maintain complex, multi-variable models from scratch, including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario modeling • Based in EST or CST in the US or Canada
