📋 Description
• Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare • Work closely with referring physician offices and hospitals • Ensure required pre-service document orders are present prior to patient visits
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required • 1 year of experience in a support/administrative role Required • Previous medical record or HIM experience Preferred • Licenses and Certifications: None Required
