📋 Description
• Provide tier 1 phone support for clinical and technical questions and issues from PHC workforce members • Manage incidents, including logging, analyzing, resolving, and following up on application functional issues • Perform advanced technical duties related to enterprise system and network monitoring • Perform computer operations in a distributed system environment • Remediate problems and identify and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate service line
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • 1 year of experience in IS customer service or clinical application support/usage required • Associate’s Degree from a recognized college or university in an IT-related field preferred • HDI-SCA / HDI Service Center Agent certification preferred • No licenses or certifications required
