📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and lead projects from initial idea to launch for a key area of Pika’s generative AI creative platform • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to turn AI advancements into intuitive user experiences • Define and track success metrics using data, feedback, and creative insights • Connect with creators and the Pika community to understand their needs • Write clear specifications and rally the team • Coordinate across teams to align stakeholders and deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in creative-tech, consumer platforms, or innovative startups • Proven track record of shipping impactful features with minimal guidance • Strong product sense and creative instincts • Excellent communication skills, including clear, concise writing and conversation • Genuine excitement about generative AI and creative technology • Responsible, organized, and able to juggle priorities • Enjoys building relationships and working across different teams • Experience with consumer, media-rich, or collaborative creation products is a bonus • Experience in 0–1 or “blank page” startup environments is a bonus • Technical fluency or ability to collaborate closely with engineering is a bonus • Ability to regularly work from the Palo Alto HQ is assessed in the application • Work authorization and sponsorship status for employment in the United States are assessed in the application
