📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire feature and product lifecycle from planning, development, and launch • Manage the iterative product lifecycle from idea conception to production, including scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance • Own the product roadmap for ELD and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance features • Ensure the platform remains current with FMCSA ELD mandate requirements and applicable federal and state regulations • Create product specifications, including wireframes, process workflows, state transition diagrams, copy decks, acceptance test plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and personas • Define and prioritize the product backlog and translate high-level requirements into user stories • Perform acceptance testing throughout each product iteration • Partner with Engineering and hardware/telematics teams on ELD device connectivity, data accuracy, and compliance workflows • Champion the product internally and externally to drive rapid adoption • Define goals and KPIs around customer value and develop strategies to achieve them • Conduct end-user research and communicate insights to internal stakeholders, including drivers, fleet safety managers, and compliance officers • Analyze quantitative data to identify successful strategies and new product opportunities • Recommend improvements in process automation and efficiency • Work with Design and Development to define Product Vision, Roadmap, and Release Plans • Ensure end-user adoption and measure user utility • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders on go-to-market activities • Monitor FMCSA and other regulatory changes and translate updates into product requirements ahead of compliance deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in an analytical, product-focused role • 5+ years' experience delivering products as a Product Manager • 2+ years' experience writing user stories and defining epics • Prior experience writing or understanding code is strongly preferred • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred • Experience managing ELD (Electronic Logging Device) products or features strongly preferred, including familiarity with the FMCSA ELD mandate, Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, and related compliance workflows (DVIR, IFTA) • Experience within the construction technology, fleet management, or IoT industry is strongly preferred • Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to creatively solve problems, influence product improvements, and interpret business/technical requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or related STEM degree program is required or equivalent • Ability to develop clean and targeted documentation, including process flows and standard operating procedures • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people, including regulatory and compliance stakeholders
