📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base through Pinch marketing and personal networks • Treat at least 5 clients per month • Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community • Attend required in-person training before starting if new to injectables or aesthetics

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Maryland • Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification • Newer injectables candidates must be available to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an independent practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a bonus
