📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base through Pinch marketing and personal networks • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Work a self-directed schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community • Participate in events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Maryland • Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification • Newer injectables practitioners must be available to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus) • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities (bonus)
