📋 Description

• Conduct virtual urgent care visits for acute or episodic conditions • Review pre-populated patient summaries and apply clinical judgment to approve or modify care plans • Use the proprietary platform to evaluate patients, order and interpret tests, and determine disposition • Document diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions accurately in the electronic platform • Coordinate virtually with nursing staff, care coordinators, pharmacy, and clinical operations • Maintain agreed-upon coverage and participate in quality metrics, peer review, and continuous improvement • Adhere to state licensing and telemedicine regulations • Manage approximately 6 patient encounters per hour in a blended synchronous and asynchronous workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active and unrestricted license to practice in the United States • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience specializing in emergency medicine or virtual urgent care • Active licensure in at least 30 U.S. states, including at least two of Georgia, Texas, New York, DC, or Florida • Demonstrated proficiency navigating telemedicine platforms and managing technology-mediated patient interactions • Proven clinical judgment and decision-making skills to manage high-volume patient encounters without compromising quality or safety • Ability to commit to a rotating schedule including nights and weekends with flexibility for shift adjustments • Effective verbal and written communication skills focused on compassionate, patient-centered care in a remote setting • Documented ability to work independently in a remote environment with high levels of self-motivation and accountability for clinical outcomes
