📋 Description

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care • Perform neurotoxin injections • Perform microneedling • Perform chemical peels • Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences • Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks • Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records • Manage supplies responsibly • Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards • Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team • Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred) • Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently • Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.) • Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety • Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking (preferred) • Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations (preferred) • Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (preferred)
