📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base through personal networks and community outreach • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch in local communities and build awareness • Collaborate with fellow Providers through events and local connections

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a bonus
