📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base from Pinch marketing and personal networks, converting first-time clients into regulars • Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Build awareness for Pinch among neighbors, businesses, and others in the local community • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month sourced from a personal network and community • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch as a Founding Provider in the Washington DC community

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Washington DC • Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification • Newer injectors must be available to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus
