📋 Description

• Help strategic partners understand, position, and demonstrate Pindrop’s value within their platforms and customer conversations • Work with partner solutions engineering teams to build value narratives and credible contextual demos • Ask questions and recommend best practices connecting customer problems, stakeholders, use cases, and outcomes to Pindrop value stories • Teach partners product functionality, cloud concepts, and integration choices • Build and coach tailored demo flows • Lead enablement and practice sessions on value messaging, use-case positioning, integrations, demo delivery, and customer questions • Prepare partners for customer meetings, platform demos, QBRs, prospecting conversations, and active opportunities • Advise partner technical teams on API placement within CCaaS platforms and adjacent workflows • Create and configure partner demo tenants, sandboxes, and CCaaS environments • Develop reusable demo scripts, use-case plays, talk tracks, setup guidance, and integration documentation • Identify risks in partner-led demos or integrations and coordinate internal support • Partner with Product and Engineering to convert recurring questions, product gaps, and integration needs into field feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales engineering, partner engineering, solutions consulting, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role in enterprise software • Demonstrated ability to turn technical capabilities into clear value narratives and tailored demos • Experience enabling or coaching technical sellers, partner SEs, or customer-facing technical teams on positioning and demo delivery • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Strong experience with CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar ecosystems • Experience supporting or building API integrations in customer- or partner-facing environments • Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python, with enough depth to read, explain, and troubleshoot logic such as Lambda functions in Amazon Connect
