📋 Description

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, including two Accounting Managers • Own consolidation and below-the-line accounting for a multi-entity, private equity-backed business • Review business-unit closes for accuracy and reasonableness • Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis • Build dashboards and reporting for three GM-level P&L owners and two historical business units • Architect reporting structures in Acumatica with the internal Acumatica team • Present monthly results to Third Wave leadership and Pine with performance commentary • Partner with the Pine finance team on KPIs, reporting, and analysis • Advise on business-model strengths, improvement areas, and actions • Shape the future state of the finance organization as the business grows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including people leadership • Strong accounting foundation, such as audit, controllership, or a CPA • Hands-on FP&A or full P&L visibility in an operating business • Experience with multi-entity consolidation and month-end close oversight • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Ability to build structure and processes in a growing, evolving business • Ability to translate between big-company rigor and small-business realities • Clear communication with leadership teams and investors • CPA, private equity-backed or holding company experience, professional services/software resale/ERP experience, Acumatica or other mid-market ERP experience, and post-acquisition integration experience are nice-to-have
