📋 Description

• Lead a region on Ping Identity’s Professional Services team • Drive bookings and services revenue through partnership with regional Sales leadership • Engage in pre-sales activities, position services value, scope engagements, and drive PS bookings • Lead services proposals, Statements of Work, and staffing strategies for complex enterprise deals • Contribute to pipeline growth and services attach through thought leadership, go-to-market planning, and enablement • Develop delivery models and operational interlocks with strategic partners under a “Partner First” strategy • Oversee partner onboarding, certification, delivery quality, and performance • Collaborate with Product and CX teams to improve health scores, onboarding, and partner performance metrics • Own delivery of professional services engagements across the Americas • Drive scalable, repeatable delivery models and mitigate delivery risk • Lead regional participation in global programs including CX Accelerate, AI automation, and onboarding initiatives • Manage, mentor, and inspire delivery managers, project leaders, consultants, and solution principals • Promote collaboration, innovation, customer obsession, career development, coaching, and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in software or cloud delivery • Proven ability to build strong sales partnerships and drive Professional Services revenue in a pre-sales capacity • Demonstrated experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery models • Track record managing delivery organizations with measurable improvements in margin, utilization, and CSAT • Skilled in complex client environments and executive-level stakeholder management • Strong people leadership and organizational development skills • Experience with identity and access management, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms preferred • Ability to travel within the Americas up to 30%
