• 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership roles within the enterprise software industry. • Proven success leading partner strategy and execution in a high-growth or global SaaS environment. • Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas. • Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and strategic mindset. • Experience driving partner enablement and joint go-to-market programs. • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
