• Lead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications. • Serve as the senior technical lead for assigned business applications and application portfolios. • Provide strategic recommendations regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management. • Evaluate new technologies and software solutions to improve business operations. • Develop long-term application roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. • Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements. • Lead application implementation, upgrade, migration, and modernization projects. • Coordinate software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes. • Oversee system integration efforts involving internal and third-party applications. • Serve as the senior technical advisor for application architecture and support. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or business systems management. • Experience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects. • Extensive experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements. • Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration. • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required. • Highschool Diploma/GED. • Bachelor’s Degree (Desired qualification). • Experience supporting Federal Government agencies, particularly DHS or USCIS (Desired qualification). • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as: ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft (Desired qualification). • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Desired qualification).
